As per the University Grants Commission (UGC) guidelines, the following policy will be applicable for admission cancellation and refund:

Application for cancellation of admission and refund, if any, must be submitted in writing either in physical form or as a duly signed, scanned letter via email by the student and parent.

No refund shall be provided towards the Application Fee and Admission Registration Fee. Only the Course Fee will be refunded.

Refund Structure Based on Timeframe

15 days or less after the formally notified last date of admission 10%
30 days or less, but more than 15 days after the formally notified last date of admission 10%
More than 30 days after the formally notified last date of admission 10%

The institution shall process the refund within 15 days from the date of receipt of the application.

All refunds will be made only to the bank account of the student or parent, based on the bank details furnished. Processing may take up to 15 working days from the date of approval of the cancellation of admission by the college.

If any candidate’s admission is not approved by Bengaluru North University, such admission will be cancelled. In this case, course fee reimbursement will be made after the necessary deductions.

After commencement of the program, if any student is found violating or disregarding the rules and regulations of the college, or loses eligibility to move on to subsequent semesters due to shortage of attendance, such student’s admission will be cancelled at the discretion of the Principal and no fee reimbursement will be made.

The institution reserves the right to modify the refund policy as per the UGC guidelines or any other regulatory body.
