At Montfort College, we recognise that caste-based discrimination is a serious concern that can deeply impact the dignity, confidence, and well-being of students. The college firmly believes that every student has the right to a safe, fair, and inclusive learning environment—free from any form of caste bias or prejudice.
To uphold this vision, Montfort College has constituted a dedicated Caste-Based Discrimination Cell, in line with the UGC regulations and the Constitution of India. The Cell is responsible for monitoring and addressing any incidents of caste-based discrimination within the college.
If you have experienced or witnessed caste-based discrimination, you are encouraged to report the matter directly to the Cell. Your complaint will be treated with utmost confidentiality.
The Caste-Based Discrimination Cell stands committed to creating a campus environment that upholds justice, equity, and mutual respect. We are here to support and protect every member of the Montfort community.
